I’ve known the Madsen’s for most of my life and didn’t hesitate to call them for some recommendations. Within two days of my request Mr. Skype arrived and made his recommendation. I have three wooden overhead doors that I wanted to have replaced, Mr. Skype said he would love to sell me three new doors but suggested that we give the doors a little TLC and they should be fine. Honesty is the best policy! So at any rate, they serviced two doors that needed some lubrication and minor adjustments. They installed a new garage door opener for our third bay, linked our vehicles to the transmitters and gave us a new remote that opens and closes all three doors. We were delighted with the prompt, professional and trustworthiness of this company. My only regret is that I didn’t install the automatic garage door opener sooner; those wooden doors are ridiculously heavy! I applaud Madsen’s for not taking advantage of a situation whereby it would have been more profitable for them to sell me three new doors when a little elbow grease and paint would do me just fine. Madsen’s will profit from their honesty, integrity, and good business practices as we will unhesitatingly recommend them and their mechanics for future business!
