Wonderful experience! I'm always so nervous at the dentist, and they made me comfortable and gave me headphones for music. My gums are sensitive so they used gum numbing topical so the cleaning didn't hurt my gums at all. The dentist actually spent a long time talking with me about my history and how to improve my mouth health, I definitely didn't feel huried. Great experience!
Today's visit was done very well. Dr. Hirsch listened to my requests and made sure that I was comfortable. As always, Dr. Madsen is professional, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend their dental care! You won't be disappointed. FYI, I have been trusting them since I moved to Madison over 12 years ago.
I've been coming to Madsen & Hirsch for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly, and my teeth feel great at the end of each visit. I've been fortunate to have healthy teeth most of my life, but the couple of times I've needed more work than just a simple cleaning, they carefully talked me through the procedures and helped keep my discomfort to a minimum. I will happily recommend Madsen & Hirsch to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I absolutely love Dr.'s Madsen and Hirsch. They take their time to provide quality treatment and keep you informed the whole way along. I needed quite a few fillings done and was very nervous, but the need for the treatment was thoroughly explained to me and done so comfortably, I didn't feel a thing! And the work looks so beautiful, you can't even tell I have fillings. I have always felt at home here. Best dental office ever!!!
