This is a cockroach infested building. Community Manager told me the very last conversation but b4 keys. If I see a cockroach. (If). Should of said (when) 24 dead roaches all throughout hallways. I did not get a tour b4 I moved in. The windows do not open. Maintenence can come into your place when ever they feel like it. No 24 hour notice here!!! Would give them 0 stars if I could worse infested apartment complex where staff don't care except hud/McKinney care
The windows don't open, the staff misgenders me and doesn't seem up-to-date with the lgbqa community. The building is full of roaches. It's affordable housing and most ccc buildings I've visited have pest control issues. It's one of the better buildings and at least I have a place to live.
My son was leaving there until resent, was horrible! He couldn't sleep, because of all the noises all night and day, and I went there several times, and there were people stained person screamming out sitting out on the lobby! My son would come to our house when we were not at work so he could get some sleep, and many times he would just, sleep in the park
