This company supports an apartment manager that has broken state law's and has covered up the black mold that is in the outside wood of the apartment building along with the black mold that is also on the inside of every apartment. Granted they upgraded the widows but that didn't make the black mold disappear. Yeah they put new siding but they are keeping the black mold in by doing so. after having my building managed by reasonable folks for years these people took over and have made it the worst experience ever.. ruined the community, made it a super uncomfortable place to live.. looking to move now

This company is full of absolute scam artists. Their properties consist of high, fluctuating rent, excessive fees and other very shady business practices. Want water bills that are "divided" by unit and not by actual usage? Like to have $150 water bills for a one bedroom, pay fees for facilities that don't work? Want a company who will lie, charge to "clean" or "paint" an already clean apartment? Then this is your company. They used to own a complex called Newport Crossing. Horrible!!!! I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0.They enter your apartment without notice even when it isn't an emergency. If they don't give proper notice, they type one up the next day and date it for the day before to cover their asses. I've lived in my apartment 8 yrs and was told I could get new carpet but never got it. There is never anywhere to park.
