I have worked with Madrona for over a decade as they have managed a building where I own a condo. 10/10 management team. Very responsive. Insist on the highest standards for the building. Very proactive on things like security and maintenance. We tried a different company for a year and it was pretty clear you get what you pay for. These guys are top tier property managers. As someone who has lived in apartments the better portion of the last ten years, I can wholeheartedly state that Madron Real Estate Services is the best property management team I have experienced. Nice stay at Broadcast Apartments. Charlotte was always very quick to answer our questions and to help. She was very kind to give us two tours (first virtually and then in-person) and took care to accommodate our needs of a 7 month lease of a fully furnished unit. Broadcast is very well located in Capitol Hill, at a walking distance from downtown and other nice neighbourhoods (Mountlake, Stevens, Eastlake, or Westlake). In the year and a half since Madrona took over management of Broadcast Apartments, the building has steadily gone downhill. Trash piles up, package theft has increased, and regular onsite staff have essentially disappeared. We went from having someone here five to six days a week to maybe seeing someone once or twice. The building no longer feels well cared for, and it shows.
