TL;DR: The Madrona team (Chad, Steve, and Charlotte) have gone above and beyond since they took over management of my apartment complex (Broadcast Apartments) nearly two years ago! Been living at Broadcast for 2 years now and Madrona took over sometime in the first year I lived here. Building has been fine and management is on the better end of my expectations for a property manager but I got to give a shout out to Steve and Chad on the maintenance team for their quick responsiveness and great attitude, they've been working to actively update things in my unit that have needed maintenance and have put the extra thought into fixing them for good as opposed to quick fixes that cause more problems. 10/10!

As someone who has lived in apartments the better portion of the last ten years, I can wholeheartedly state that Madron Real Estate Services is the best property management team I have experienced. I have worked with Madrona for over a decade as they have managed a building where I own a condo. 10/10 management team. Very responsive. Insist on the highest standards for the building. Very proactive on things like security and maintenance. We tried a different company for a year and it was pretty clear you get what you pay for. These guys are top tier property managers. Nice stay at Broadcast Apartments. Charlotte was always very quick to answer our questions and to help. She was very kind to give us two tours (first virtually and then in-person) and took care to accommodate our needs of a 7 month lease of a fully furnished unit. Broadcast is very well located in Capitol Hill, at a walking distance from downtown and other nice neighbourhoods (Mountlake, Stevens, Eastlake, or Westlake).
