This place is horrible. Look at their Better Business Beaureu reviews. All of the issues they've had have been unresolved. The Washington tenants union also reccomends you don't live here. They have a great pet policy and that's about it. Don't even get me started on the office personnel especially the blonde chick that works at the desk on the left in the first office to the right. She's incompetent, rude, and I think she might actually be stupid. She won't answer your questions and she will tell you that they never receive... read more

Easily the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I lived in the Z section, and it was completely terrible. Parking is extremely limited for the amount of tenants, I have numerous dents in my car from only 6 months living here now. They say they have pet rules and maintain the grounds, but their attempts are laughable at best. You can't walk in the grass, not even up by the kids playground. This apartment complex is notorious for loosing paperwork, notices, etc. They will put an eviction notice on your door when you paid rent and they just misplaced it. My husband got deployed and I moved Oct. 4th and they charged us for the entire month , they charged insufficient notice fee when we gave them the copy of his orders in August and a copy of a letter of intent to vacate, and again in early September. Don't move here. Prepare to be screwed. The managment is horrible. The maintenance is never around to help you out.. The price may be right but, in the end you will be paying more when you go to move out. Just don't move in.
