Apartment manager Laura magi has continuesly used intimidation as a tactic to belittle and harass me. She has disclosed information regarding my personal lease to "assumed" acquaintances.. She has gone through my mailbox and I believe she has opened some mail (she is the only other person with a key). After nearly 2 years of being told I was "a model tenant" and that I would be missed, I received a check at my new house of only half of the security deposit I had been expecting. After having scrubbed and vacuumed the apartment clean myself, replacing blinds and hardware, I had met all of the criteria on the move out check list so no one had any extra work to do. I have lived here for 10 years and like all apartments there is ups and downs but management has not changed in 2 years and everything is clean and quiet. People need to remember we are a community and when people work together things work better. I highly recommend living here and encourage people to embrace change.
