mildly annoyed is putting it lightly. staff completely ignored me for 10 minutes at the front desk while they chatted about their dinner plans, then rushed me through everything like i was inconveniencing them. honestly dont know how this place has even the two stars it does. it wasnt relaxing at all just a frustrating way to waste money i wont be back.
I get facials all the time with Edie! She is very professional, kind and gives you sound advice for your skin! I highly recommend her services.
