This place is absolutely beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff very efficient. The owners are new and very friendly. and the whole place has become even better than before. With at least 20 main dishes on the buffet menu, one cannot go wrong. Flavorful, not too spicy, not oily like some of the old menu items- just perfect! Too bad we do not live in Austin anymore, but will stop here every time we come by!
BUYER BEWARE: NO LONGER KOSHER. Once upon a time, I would come here and go out of my way to eat at Madras Pavilion in Austin--since the food was better than the Kosher Indian food I enjoy in Manhattan (that's a big compliment). But they lost their certification as a result of gross negligence. Further, they refuse to do anything about it despite multiple requests from multiple people (myself included).
