Dysfunctional place! If you use this place just realize you will be on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time every time you call (no exaggeration). The hold time is the same whether you are calling for results, making an appointment or changing an appointment. Try calling for an appointment and you will see what it's all about! They do not send your doctor the completed test results in the time frame they give you. The sonographers are extremely rude. I had two girls speaking Russian in front of me. Great staff My experience has been great. I am pregnant with twins and they have been taking care of me since my first trimester. The front desk staff and the nurses especially have been great with working with me. I know this for a fact seeing as I have to go to them every week. I would highly recommend anyone that wants excellent care to go to them.
WORTH THE WAIT...... This office is busy, we are anxious Pt's. with questions and requesting answers & directions. There might be a wait before you can speak with the front desk, but once you get there u understand the position there in its Busy! They do try to work with you. The sono techs don't really give much feed back(some of them), nurses/ doctors are GREAT. OVERALL they provide a service that can be overwhelming. I would recommend.
RUDE PEOPLE IN RECEPTION oh man !!! these people are rude..I just wanted to ask them whether I needed the log sheet of gestational diabetes before I see the doc or is it just a reference for dietician and this lady is so rude... She dosent even want to listen to me... Somebody should really tell the reception people to behave themselves... I dont know about the docs and other staff yet... but no co operation from reception... Fire them all... Waste of time and money
Specialize in pregnancy This is a very nice place to have your sonograms done. High risk pregnant women are often referred to this place for different types of testing. They accept most health insurance. I found out I was having my little boy when I was pregnant. The staff was really nice and friendly.
Miracle workers! These doctors saved my twins! I did not think they were dysfunctional at ALL!!! In fact, I think they worked together with a better system than I have seen in any other multi-doctor practice, complete with weekly meetings and updates to attending OB's on your situation. These doctors are up on the latest cutting edge methods/medications and they embrace the vigilance of the old school as well. madonna perinatal services is friendly and prompt! I went to the facility in Brightwater. In reading some of the reviews I was worried that I wouldn't have a good experience but...the service was GREAT. My appointment was for 9:30am and I was called in at 9:31am! My ultrasound only took 30 min. and everyone was very nice. The only draw back was that I really didn't get any feedback from the tech. when I asked if everything looked ok. she just told me that my dr. would be getting back to me. long wait. Pros. -Clean office. clean spaces. Cons. -Lackadaisical staff. -Very slow service, usually expect to wait an hour for your 5-10min appointment. -If you have a choice, don't go here. there are others. but if you don't oh well.
The best care! I was cared for by this team of doctors and nurses for two successful high-risk pregnancies after a second trimester loss, all due to pre-term labor. While you may sometimes have to wait, or have trouble making appointments, it is totally worth it to see these highly-trained doctors, with tons of experience in the field of high-risk pregnancy. The doctors and nurses in this facility are top-rate, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
