They have done a couple of watch repairs for me and I have been pleased with the work, the most recent repair (watch link removal had now come apart (I understand things happen and I am not bothered by this) however I reduced the rating because I drove to the shop based on what is posted online and it was closed again. My wife and I stopped by Madison’s jewelers to see if they could take a few links out of watches band from a new watch my wife just bought. Even though we didn’t purchase the watch there they were super-nice and took care of the watch band as a courtesy in just a few minutes.
