Susan is awesome! She was with us from beginning to end, and her dedication was very moving and encouraging. She stuck with us even though our case was difficult and drawn out. She made herself very available to answer our questions and concerns, which was wonderful. Susan actually answers her phone! Susan was an amazing help to us. We went into house hunting thinking we had a good idea of what we wanted, and it quickly became apparent that my husband and I had very different ideas on what needed to be a priority. Susan was able to work with us both, learn what was most important to us and helped us get into the perfect house. Neither one of us even had to compromise.
