I had a dental emergency/infection over the weekend & it turns out I needed a root canal. After looking for a doctor/endodontist who could help me all weekend without any responses and losing hope.. Dr. Yolanda Madison was the only one who responded and was able to get me in right away on Monday. Very professional and kind. At 73, I was terrified about having a root canal. Dr. Madison and her assistant did a great job. No pain, no discomfort.
So I was terrified of going to the dentist and more scared of the fact that I needed a root canal. Upon seeing dentist Yolanda I was nervous that she was young and was going to be rough. I have to say she is the best ! Without question I have recommended her time and time again. She is fast,gentle shows compassion and definitely has patience. This is coming from someone who has a terrible gag reflex. I will be coming here to her again. Thank you and you team!
Me gustó mucho el trato con el doctor fue muy receptivo, pero lo que no me gustó es que no tienen afuera el horario de atención, Edu l cita temprano pero no sabía q iban a estar cerrados más o menos a l hora que yo iba, entonces ni ellos ni yo somos adivinos xq si llegue un poco más temprano de L cita pero tuve q esperar afuera recién llovía, si me dijeron que ese día iba a esperar un poco pero no m dijeron el porqué? Realmente es lo q no me gustó, me hubiese dicho abrimos a las y ya!
Dr. Madison and her assistant Samantha were excellent! I was a bit nervous about pain since I needed a root canal done, and Dr. Madison took the time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. She has a kind and calming demeanor, which is reassuring. Her expertise is of course outstanding and I would highly recommend her for any dental procedure needed! The staff was friendly as well, which is always a plus.
