Very nice staff Dr Tom was great, it was a very tough time for me to deal with and they made it just a little bit easier! Duke went in peace.
Anyone who is looking for a vet, or lool looking for a new vet who is reasonably priced, this is your answer. He's kind, compassionate, has a great sense of humor, and knows what he's talking about. Much like his predecessor Dr. Faulkner. Any veterinarian who can work his juju on Lola my killer cat is clearly someone special.
We highly recommend Dr. Tom at Madison Veterinary hospital! Dr. Tom and the rest of the staff at MVH truly care about your fur babies. My husband and his family have been going to MVH since Dr. Faulkner was around. After Dr. Faulkner retired, we considered going to another vet because we live 40 minutes away. So awesome with my little fur baby today. She's been all congested and sick. They got me in fast, and made my little nugget so comfortable for her first appointment. Huge thank you to everyone there. You guys rock!
Love Dr. Tom and staff. Yesterday my little girl had dental done and ended up needing 9 teeth extracted. This morning he called to see how she was. That made me feel so much better because she was pretty quiet today but he explained that it was because of the kind of teeth he had to extract, and answered any questions I had. Would recomend him to anyone
I moved to OH in December from the East Coast, had my vet for decades. This place is great. Diagnosis, care, compassion, cost - all wonderful. I'm very happy a realtor recommended this hospital and Dr. Thanks for all you do!
