This was my first time meeting Dr. Tom. Been going there for years but hadn't met Dr. Tom yet. What a wonderful Dr! I'm so impressed! He's very thourough! Takes a lot of time to talk with you and answer all questions! He was great with my Moose! I'm so happy! Thank you for all your help today! I love knowing my moose is in good hands!

My absolute favorite vet!! Dr. Tom is very patient and understanding. He always answers my millions of questions no matter how silly. I also want to thank him and his team for being so caring when my mom had to put her cat down. Having an animal for 16 years and having to put them down is tragic. The entire staff was very considerate during this time. And her paw print plaque brought my mom to tears. They even included her extra toe! ( pterodactyl cat) So, thank you again for all that you do.
So happy that we changed and went to Dr. Tom! Dr. Tom was great with my nervous girl, Bella and took his time answering my questions. He even took the time when I called back to ask more questions on the phone. This place is clean and the staff is great. I also feel like I can now afford to take care of my girl because the prices are reasonable.

So happy I switched to Madison Veterinary. Dr. Tom was so awesome and his staff were delightful!! They got my sick doggie rather quickly for being a new patient, no long wait in the lobby and the best part of the whole experience besides the great treatment of Vegas is that Dr. Tom is so reasonably priced! He doesn't price gouge like most vets in town which makes me feel so happy that I can finally afford to care for my pets without all the stress on how to do so. Thank you so much Dr. Tom and staff!!
