Lousy place-, lousy workers there- No office secretaries there either- so no grievances could ever be filed- Nobody answers their dumb smartphones either- all they do is send appointment reminders by e-mail- trying that way to Intimidate those to come back;:-
Inquired about therapy and EMDR. I was placed with a dietician who is also a therapist. I asked to be placed with someone else because they had mentioned 3 therapists would accept my insurance and provided the services I need. I also personally have weight related trauma and I figured they would be understanding of that. I got no reply from the administrator after several attempts to be placed with a different therapist.
