If I could put no stars I would. They had apartments open and me needing a place real bad and they would not even talk to me about it. Or try to help me. Landlords or people over apartments are getting to strict on these background checks that are over 5 years old. They said from a phone call it was because of a misdemeanor. I don't believe they are suppose to even check these records. They dont treat their tenants right. They need an office staff that actually knows how to deal with people.you shouldn't go around scaring older disabled people. Telling them that they r gonna b evicted and it's really over the office staffs lack of doing their job. You don't stick folded letters on doors for every body to see. St least seal it in an envelope or hand it to the tenant. I don't understand how a low income apartment bldg can let people get 1000.00 behind without saying something. That just blows my mind.

Pretty decent place to live!! Good Residents!! And the City of Richmond serves and protects it's citizens!!
