Very happy with the fast service, the guy was very pleasant, great service
Our Samsung Magnolia 60” tv had a green screen that kept appearing at first I termite rly then constantly. It was too old for Best Buy to (where we purchased it about 8 years prior for a VERY large sum) to service it. We contacted Madison Tv and without any promise of a solution, the owner told us he would look at it. He came picked it up and had it for about a week when we called and he told us he was able to fix it. It’s now about 6 months later and the picture STILL looks great! Well worth the $$ we paid. Nice guy, but asked what it costs to check out a TV and was told $30. He'd look at it, call me with a repair estimate or tell me not worth repairing and if the latter, the charge was $30. Bring it in, he checks it out, can't find any issues and I get presented with a $90 plus tax bill. HUH???
