Absolutely terrible experience with this apartment complex. I was visiting a resident when my vehicle was towed for being parked backwards. The issue is that there were no visible signs at the entrance or anywhere near the parking area indicating that backing into a parking space was prohibited. If the complex has parking rules that are strict enough to result in a vehicle being towed, those rules should be clearly posted and easy for visitors and residents to find.
