The manager is rude the office stay close nothing gets fixed... my dishwasher been broken since I moved in and is still broken.. The manager don't answer the phone nor emails... This is horrible. If people don't want to do their job maybe they should just find another one....
After living here for 3 months. Nothing gets fixed. The manager ignores every email sent or call. The people living in the apartments do not follow the rules and are too loud and noisy. I would not recommend living here if you want peace and quiet.
I have lived at Madison Station in Columbia, sc for a year and I am very pleased. No litter or loud music. Maintenance is excellent turnaround. The children are well mannered and polite.
