The condition of these apartments is subpar, and the landscaping is unpleasant. The trees were once beautiful but have been trimmed excessively. The grass has deteriorated, leaving behind dirt. It's surprising that the buildings are still standing. The buildings are infested with pests, including roaches. I lived here when it was Sunchase Apartments, and the management was more attentive.
