I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing issues at the apartment complex, which have made living here extremely frustrating and unacceptable. First, there is a serious problem with mice in the apartments. This is a health and safety concern that has not been properly addressed. In addition, the parking lot is consistently dirty and poorly maintained, which reflects a lack of care for the property. These apartments have a bad mice problem. If I owned these apartments I would demolish and build new ones from the amount of mice infesting these buildings. It’s the worst experience I have ever had with mice and I would warn families with young children to look for a better option. They know they have mice and still lease out units which is crazy. Health department won’t do nothing either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ‼️
I just moved in and its only been a few days. It'll take my son and I some time to adjust to our new home. I wanted to take the time to first thank Jasmine for going out her way to provide me with pricing and availability. I was so indecisive about wanting a one or two bedroom up until the point of my tour.
