They dont look nothing like the pictures some of the windows are broken and one of the room's ceiling was falling off and we went to check the departments and one of the light was falling off its catfish
I was assisted by Lexie, and she has been extremely patient throughout the entire process. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure we fully understand each step. Additionally, she always looks for ways to help make the leasing process smooth and clear. We are currently still in the lease process, but so far she has been very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend working with her if you are interested in getting a new lease.
I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing issues at the apartment complex, which have made living here extremely frustrating and unacceptable. First, there is a serious problem with mice in the apartments. This is a health and safety concern that has not been properly addressed. In addition, the parking lot is consistently dirty and poorly maintained, which reflects a lack of care for the property.
