My apartment is very cozy and perfect for me and my son! And the staff there are so sweet and considerate especially Lilly! She is extremely helpful and so patient with me while i’m figuring out how to adjust. Perfect play area for kids and amazing pool for the summer! I highly recommend this place to live!

The condition of these apartments is subpar, and the landscaping is unpleasant. The trees were once beautiful but have been trimmed excessively. The grass has deteriorated, leaving behind dirt. It's surprising that the buildings are still standing. The buildings are infested with pests, including roaches. I lived here when it was Sunchase Apartments, and the management was more attentive. Now, they allow anyone to move in. The complex is largely inhabited by Cubans and Puerto Ricans, which is a concern for some. Where are th... read more
