Update: Madison, this is not a fake review. Please don’t insult the review of our experience. Why would you repeat information from a seller to a potential buyer as if it is true without verifying it? Madison was the seller’s agent for our transaction. We met her at the open house and she told us lots of false information that ultimately led to our offer. If we had not met her, I am 100% certain that we wouldn’t have purchased the home. Years later, we still feel mislead and cheated with the entire deal.
From the first conversation I had with Madison, she immediately took action and thoroughly explained how the process of buying a home goes. She really listened to what my family wanted, but also gave suggestions that we weren't even thinking of but ended up loving. I think what stands out the most is she genuinely cares about the people she works with and really wants to help in the process.
