The salon is very organized and well managed. I am always seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The salon is exceptionally clean, and the staff is consistently pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Their professionalism and attention to customer service make every visit a positive experience.
I never write reviews, but I am so upset I have to share my story so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. I came in 2.5 weeks ago for a hand painted balayage. As soon as I sat in the seat, I felt like I was being interrogated by the stylist and manager. I was asked repeatedly what I wanted, even though I concisely explained and showed several inspiration photos. super unprofessional and rude workers. DO NOT come here if you have curly hair as they will be too lazy to even try.
