I always love getting my hair done by Carmen! She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and makes every appointment enjoyable. She works fast, and my hair always looks amazing when she’s done. Her blowouts are some of the best I’ve had, she used to work at the drybar so she's experienced I always leave feeling happy. I highly recommend Carmen to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist at Madison Reed. Make sure you request her!

While I appreciate the quick and professional response via text from a human (only reason for two stars vs one), this company‘s website, policies, and deals are extremely confusing, and ultimately not worth my time. I was trying to book through a deal I saw on Instagram, but couldn’t tell if the discount had actually been applied, and how much I’d ultimately be paying. Great location. Parking was easy. Free 90 minutes. Service was great. My shampoo person was incredible. I could’ve stayed there for an hour getting a head massage. He was great. My color turned out great, too. A+ service today.
