Great color. Great service.Using only excellent hair products with no harsh chemicals or toxic ingredients.
I’m kind of disappointed with the membership and feel like there were details that were not accurate when I signed up. I was under the impression that you could get a home kit whenever you needed with the membership. Come to find out that you can only have one per year. I recently had knee surgery and couldn’t get in to the salon to have my roots done, so got a home kit and did it myself. It basically cost me $75 to do it myself. Not ok. Had a great experience and service at the Rockville location. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. The customer service was very disappointing. When I walked in, I was not greeted and felt completely ignored. There was no receptionist, but I still expected some acknowledgment or assistance. One staff member at the front was dismissive and did not make eye contact, and another employee in the back continued working without coming over to address the question I had.
