Waitlin did an excellent coloring of roots for me today! she was fabulous at the wash, rinse and boost for me today as i have neck problems. excellent service!
Ravenna Brown did an excellent job coloring root for my hair. She took the time to check the color with me, asked questions throughout the process, and clearly has great knowledge and experience with hair color. She did a wonderful job! If you’re looking for someone who really knows hair color, I highly recommend asking for Ravenna. I also love this salon because they use an ammonia-free hair color instead of harsh bleach, which is much gentler on the hair. I had a membership with this salon and gave them multiple chances because, for the most part, I was happy with my brown hair color. The issue is that despite their color-matching technology, customer profiles, and licensed colorists, the results were not always consistent. On my most recent visit, the colorist applied black instead of my usual brown.
