Absolutely abysmal customer experience. Ironically, hair color (Full Color Service) was okay with regard to color. However, I booked and reserved multiple services yet was basically lied to about how services needed to be stretched out into multiple visits. To no admission of the business, this is because they literally are understaffed. Only one person working on color catering to all appointments. No styling available. I have had great experiences with Madison Reed. Jessica, Dawn have done such an amazing job on my hair. I went from a huge transition 20 years of being blonde but going back to brown with highlights and I can’t help but love it cannot wait to explore different options. Colors in the future truly is a good good place.
I love the precise color matching when I have my roots touched up every six weeks. The product lasts longer than 3-4 weeks, does not harm my scalp and looks amazing.
From the moment I entered the salon it was an amazing experience. The colorist took the time to discuss color options (I wanted to go lighter but as a red that wasn’t a good option). She was quick, careful not to get color on my face and neck and the wash process was heavenly!!
