I booked my appointment because I wanted to go lighter and initially requested a lighter balayage. During my consultation, Elizabeth informed me that the salon does not offer highlights. After discussing other options, we agreed on a full color in a lighter caramel brown since my goal was to leave with lighter hair. Unfortunately, that is not what I received.
