Sasha did an amazing job on my hair today. She gave me the most beautiful highlights. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly welcoming smile from all of the staff. The manager, tech assistants, color specialist are all amazing. If I could give more stars I definitely would. My color specialist Sasha was very knowledgable and experienced. I love my hair! I will be going back!

Underpaid employees, really mean spirited clientele. I have no idea why but I'm just under 4 months with this group and spent amost $1000 for have my hair colored once and roots twice. Greys feel and look better than time and money wasted here. I came to make an appointment the other day and watched an employee roll her eyes at a lady asking for water. NEVER. AGAIN.
