It was a lovely experience. Very friendly and professional. However, color came out darker than expected.
I had hair glossing and It was nice. This is my first time try hair glossing and I like it. Also the service was very fast and accurate. They are doing their job perfectly.
Yesterday around noon I visited Madison Reed in Dupont Circle Washington, DC. A lovely woman who seemed very busy went out of her way to help me with color matching the hair mascara and root powder near the entrance. She was patient and courteous and knowledgeable. My husband was tapping his foot and ready to get lunch and I was not able to thank her. We've all been there. I just wanted to take this opportunity to let Madison Reed know how fortunate they are to have employees like this. And oh yeah, to say thank you.
I really loved this experience. 75 a month for unlimited root coloring is a good deal. The service was impeccable. The stylist were accommodating, professional and boasted about the business model.
