Limited timed parking. They were 15 minutes late. Constantly trying to upsell products and services. Paid for items that were supposedly critical to hair health but did not make it home with me. Tried for days to contact them. Bot blocked into a message stating they would immediately send it but never did. The app “support“ was a failure too. I really wanted to like this place but the issues run from the top down. Now I have to contact my credit card company about them charging me and refusing to get to me… or contact me
