I went in to get my roots highlighted, and unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. My hair initially came out extremely brassy, so the colorist had to reprocess it with the help of another colorist, who I believe was the manager. Even after having it corrected, I left with a green streak, areas that are an ashy/white blonde, and other patches that are still brassy.
