This management company is completely incompetent. Avoid them. They are unable to manage their books, and equally unable to account for the spending that they do for the building. What's more, they are unaware and more importantly, uninformed about building regulations and how to run a condo association. They were many occasions where bills were inaccurate and spending was quite questionable.
