Apartment management is great. If I have any maintenance issues they are very responsive to get the issue fixed right away.
I have lived here for a little over a year now, and compared to my other living spaces this place has been so good to me. I really like this area with how close it is to the Trader Joe’s and Safeway. It’s walking distance to all the bars on Pike while still being pretty quiet at night. The building managers are super responsive and easy to talk to which makes living here a lot nicer too.

I lived here for two years and had a good experience overall. The rent was reasonable for the area and the apartment was a good size. The location is great in walking distance to Trader Joe's and Safeway. The area is still quiet and I felt safe walking in the neighborhood even late at night. Gino who was our main communication with the apartment was always friendly and responded quickly.
