Picked up my mom’s meds gave my credit card and they didn’t process a $10 copay. Then they sent me a series of invoices and a late fee for the $10. I paid the $10 and late fee when I needed another med for my mom for $2.68 and again they didn’t charge the card and again start sending me invoice's for $2.68. I get the invoice I call to pay $2.68 and was on hold with 2 people to find out the billing person was on vacation and she would call me next week.
