The female vet falsely diagnosed my dog admitted him because my regular vet was on vacation I paid for the time there and took to my normal vet where he was probably cared for and then these people falsely charged me for things that he didn’t get and sent me to a collector even though their bill was paid in full. This is a money making business not a business to take care and protect our beloved pets.
Our little Hazel Mae was diagnosed with Parvo at Springfield Emergency Vet Clinic. We took Hazel to Madison Pet Clinic on Monday where they were so quick to get her in and situated in the hospital. The stafd took the best care of her and are super friendly. Hazel Mae is now eating and is her old self again. They were amazing with her and we couldn't be more grateful!!!!!! Def recommend this clinic!!!
My mother went here with a sick dog. They were rude and not helpful. Payment was more important than helping the animal. She spent three hours waiting in the car because they didnt know if the puppy was contagious, spent 150 on a few tests and the dog still passed away hours after leaving this terrible place. Go to Pet Clinic of Neosho, they are affordable and wont kill your pets. This place is a total rip off.

Called for the after hours on call vet. Quite a while later, still no return call. I suspect they have better things to do than take care of your pet.
