Our first visit to this Clinic and it was really nice. We recently moved to Webb City and friends of ours recommended this Clinic. I was impressed from the time I walked in with our pet (ChiCo) and throughout the visit. Very professional with caring and friendly treatment. Dr. Julia Gaither was extremely nice and concerned with our Chico’s medical issue. The examination I felt was very through and caring. This will be our Clinic hopefully for many years to come. I got my appointment time messed up and they were still able to get me in. They care about you and your animal. I appreciate the Dr's and staff so much!
This is not the time to have sick pets, but over the last 3 weeks I have had 2 sick kitties and have either met with or spoken to every receptionist, vet tech, and veterinarian at Madison! Everyone has been amazing! From calling back to listening to my worrisome voice as I decide if making the trip is necessary to working me into the schedule everyone has been so helpful. We visited this place in February. I would not take a stuffed animal here, let alone any living being. We were treated as unwelcome from the time we got into the exam room until we left. Our dog had an issue with his dewclaw (he broke the nail then ended up ripping his dewclaw completely off) for 4 months and we brought him here to hopefully solve the issue that we so desperately had so much issue healing.
