The staff is very caring and sensitive. I've been bringing my pets there for 20 years!
Worst experience hands down! My pet ended up dying within one day of being kept over night. The first day I brought my pet in from an injury, the lady literally told me “ depends how much I want to spend” to keep my pet alive when he wasn’t even facing life threatening injuries which now, clearly could have been preventable if the right tests were done. NEVER GO TO THIS VET! I have never met someone so insensitive my first vet visit, but continued to go since they were the first to get in. HUGE MISTAKE. Still was charged jus... read more
They are awesome and so caring.
I have two high maintenance, crazy, (amazing), Bulldogs. The doctors and techs at the clinic always go above and beyond to help me with my furry babies. I’m so thankful to have found a place full of so many great, caring people! I’m always happy with the care they give my babies!
Bob had to go in for a second set of tests after finding out he has Stage II Renal Failure, including a blood pressure check and urine sample. Since he's almost 14 years old, the vet suggested a Senior Cat Panel to do additional testing and that is how we found out about his kidneys. We are catching it early, so we can start doing things to keep him as healthy as possible. Thank you to all the great staff at East Towne Pet Clinic in Madison, WI for all their great care!
A couple of key (good employees) left East Town and the quality of service declined. The staff is no longer approachable. I had my dog in for grooming twice and he still needed to be groomed properly. The second time he was sedated because he is naughty. Even being sedated the groomer left dewclaws not clipped. There were mats left. His fur uneven all over. I've actually gone to a different Vet. That is how bad it has gotten. And my pets were long time patients. It is a shame
ETPC has the most caring and skilled staff I've ever experienced! They've provided excellent care to all of our furry kids, and offered wise and compassionate counsel as we've had to say goodbye to three of them. Very easy to get appointments that fit our schedule, excellent response times. Wholly recommended.
Bravo to these guys! They listened very carefully as I explained all of Charlie's needs (and quirks), and then took excellent care of him while I was out of town. They even emailed me with updates each day as I requested, and gave him extra playtime. He is there today for a grooming, and Shannon is very conscientious of Charlie's needs and is genuinely concerned about making sure that he has a positive experience with something that he seems to have become rather anxious about. I will for sure be taking Charlie back here the... read more
