The office was kid friendly, however, Dr. Keri was not. She was really rough and harsh with my son, both verbally and physically. She talked down to him in a sarcastic tone and had him physically held down in the chair to complete the exam. He was screaming and crying. I took him out of there as fast as possible and vowed never to go back to Dr. Keri again.
