this place was aweful! cheap built! pipes bursting my 1st year there and Had 1 foot of water on my main floor! Had nothing but problems with management! they wanted to bill me for EVERY LITTLE THING!! Had about 5 different managers the whole 2 years I've lived there! they think they can walk in your apartment whenever they feel like it! call the cops on you for grilling outside!! Have cameras watching your every move! can't even enjoy a cigarette outside without getting a lease violation! just ridiculous! Would never recomme... read more

Units were built very poorly and have several issues that Upper Management doesn't want to fix the proper way!! They allow too much shady stuff to happen at this property so I never felt my daughter was safe living there!!

Filled out an application and I had to basically stalk them to find out was going on. Was promised a phone call, never received one. But I’m sure you guys will cash in that check for the app fee. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
Very understanding and kind management. I've seen the manager go above and beyond her role as manager. I've lived here since they were built and the current manager is by far the best manager.
