I've lived here for 6 years. I've loved the home that I share with my family and I'm grateful to live here, however I'm sick and tired of how lazy the maintenance guys are with regards to emptying the dog waste stations. They have consistently failed to refill to bags at the dog waste station and leave the waste station completely full for weeks. I've been living in this community for over 10 years now and it's always been peaceful and laid-back.
Great community. Nice people and quick maintenance respond!
We moved in the end of May and love living here. The neighbors are cordial without being intrusive. The community is quiet. The area clean and well taken care of.—- We’ve had 3 maintenance issues and we’re all addressed in a very timely manner. Nikki, Bo and Mike have been friendly and very helpful.
Staff are very nice and helpful. I like the one level units, no problem carrying stuff/groceries! And at times I could drive my car almost at the door to unload stuff.
