No can’t get rid of the roaches!!
We've been here about a month now, we are very happy - staff has been super nice and attentive and we feel like we are more home vs apartment living. We are waiting for the other pool heater to be fixed to get the hot tub back and running but we heard that with the new property owners it should be back up soon. Carrie is the office has been wonderful. We haven't had issues with parking and there are a small few people who don't pick up after their dogs but that happens EVERYWHERE. Couldn’t get out faster
I love my apartment! Super clean. Staff and maintenance are always efficient and super friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.
I would not recommend living here unless you have no choice, and no children. Its awful they have a roaches. The office never responds back. There is never any parking. Always dog poop everywhere. One of my new neighbors likes to smoke weed and I have an 18 months year old baby our whole apartment smelled like it they told me to call the cops that there was nothing they can do. I was serious about renting there but was told I need to call to schedule an appointment. After your people did not show up for the 3rd time, I started to read the reviews and looks like there us a don't care if you rent or not attitude I gave up and moved to Twin Lakes APARTMENTS. I am so happy I did. I suggest you replace your entire staff. Good luck.
