I was buying a trailer on contract and a year before it was fully paid. I let them know I wanted to finish payments for the next year per contract. 3 months before I started trying to contact the office and continued until Beginning of March the next year. When finally got the new office Manager. Asked why I was continuing to be charged trailer payments and also wanted my title. This place is truly a dump . Most of the trailers there are falling apart. I feel sorry for the people who live here.
Trying to get a place here was awful never got a response for my answers had to call a week straight and the information they told me at first was completely wrong and when I relayed that information after I finally got intact with them after a week of calling they were terribly rude.
Great mgmt quiet place really working yo improve the quality of the park
