I scheduled a consult mainly for veins and another cosmetic item. They were booking 5 months out and at the June appointment Dr. Wells stated they have not done veins in 15 years [no vein work is done there at all] and the other laser procedure cannot be done on tan skin, requiring a fall/winter appointment. No apologies from the doctor regarding the lack of knowledge of scheduling staff and no comment that she will remind staff.
