Absolutely useless.
I rated one because 0 wasn't an option.Ive been in this rent to own home since 2016.recently my lender switched over to Madison Management and it's been a total nightmare. They charged me 30 dollar late fee even though I paid it on the due date. Im over this company.
We been in our house for a little over a year and it's been a nightmare dealing with Madison, fees on top of fees , it doesn't matter if you pay on time. They take your money out late and hit you with a late fee . When you ask about the fees or why your payments go up they rudely just tell you to make the payment or loose the house .
Our escrow services are now outsourced to a third-party provider, which has presented significant operational challenges. Despite allowing them sufficient time to address issues and approaching the situation with patience and understanding, their ineffectiveness persists, raising serious concerns about their professional competence.
