RecommendedWe moved into Madison Landing at the beginning of July. We met with Miss Jennifer to go through all the expectations and paperwork. She was, and is, very polite, patient, and extremely professional (Important note: the other Staff were welcoming, polite & professional). The neighbors are great. Respectful, pleasant, friendly, and their dogs are very well behaved. Madison Landing is an answer to prayer.

I lived there for less than a year and it was a mixed experience. The application and move in was very easy. The only issue was move out. We had used the laundry company “appliance warehouse” recommended by Madison landing. After a horrible experience with them, the company damaged the floor and the doors of the laundry room. I spoke with the manager of Madison landing and she said we would not have to worry about the payment. The flooring was vinyl slabbed on top of cement. This place is awesome! I’ve been living here for a few months now and all staff members on the property are so nice! They are always willing to help out!
This place is kid friendly. 5 stars! Awesome school district! Leasing office workers are friendly. Jennifer is awesome. Office is open long hours and on Saturday. Door to door trash service is excellent! Love the playground, pools and fitness center. Any emergency maintenance requests are responded to right away, which is greatly appreciated.
Jennifer was so kind and helpful in our apartment search and the property is beautiful!
Beautifully renovated apartment!! Love the playground area for my daughter!!!
