Very clean apartments. Also has a nice sized clear pool. The Community Center is very pretty and has nice view of the pond. Basketball court is very fun. Lovely staff too!! Couldn't recommend it enough.
HOME I feel as I live in a condo. The staff are ALL wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Above and beyond. Noise one first floor is walking above but no voices etc. I love it here, no reason to move again ( : bty..lived here 3 years
Great Place to Live I've lived at Madison Lakes for a few years now. The girls in the office are very kind and always take care of any needs or concerns I have. The maintenance guys always fix what needs fixed even if it does take a few days. I love that it comes with a washer and dryer and it's always quiet here.
