My honest review after 3 years, pros and con of Madison Lake Ned Things I like: — The maintenance for your apartment is fast — Lake Ned is good for fishing — It's close to stores, hospitals, restaurants, and some theme parks Things I don't like: — The main Gate has some problems. It doesn't work half of the time — In warm weather, there are wasp and hornets everywhere — Every year gets more and more expensive. My daughter pay (in Sanford) for a townhouse with 4 bedrooms 3 baths, about the same you pay here for 2 bedrooms, 1 ... read more

Not pet friendly as not a one-time pet fee. My pet of 14 years passed away after 6 months moving in. Rescued another pet and charged again. Due to paper thin walls had to return pet. 250.00 each new pet with no pet damages is a hardship. Do not recommend Madison Lake Ned. Noisy kids, people constantly moving out, no parking, poor landscaping by patios, pet doggy area dead grass and weeds like at my apartment. Look elsewhere. Unhappy resident of Madison Lake Ned.

you can hear everyone's business!! i hate every minute of it .. worst place please look somewhere else before coming here the walls are paper thin and neighbors are awful!

Excellent Apartments with plenty of space and plenty of natural light. Complex with great recreation area, and lovely area for dogs. Very efficient maintenance service.

The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is clean and well kept making a great first impression when you drive in. I drove through much of the community on my way to the leasing office giving me a chance to see that many of the buildings and amenities are clean and well kept. The leasing professional made me feel welcome without feeling intrusive and was able to answer all of my questions and understand my concerns.
