First encounter involved waiting at the door to be let in and being asked with the most stern, stoic face "do you need something/help with something?" Of course, I would not be there or wait at the door if I didn't. I mentioned that I was there for a scheduled interview, was let in and given a face of confusion. After waiting for the interviewer to come back FROM A BREAK, standing 1 foot from her, she turns to ask her (further away) employee "is this _?" as if she couldn't ask me.
