I have homeowner's with this Allstate office. Craig Greenhall is the most knowledgeable and professional insurance agent that I've had the pleasure of working with. Twice he's helped me with complex situations including recently when he figured out that my bank and I were both paying for my homeowner's insurance. He even got on the line with BoFA to help sort this out for me, and knew more than the BOFA agent on the line. Always ask for Craig.
We live in town and have always wanted to support a local office for our home owner’s insurance. After the recent storm we had several trees fall with damage to our property. I can't say how absolutely terrible Allstate has been with this process. They've given different messages every time we call them and the local office has been unable and unwilling to help in any way. I have been with Alstate for many years. I'v had opportunities to switch but will not because I have always had great service with Alstate. Many times I trll my friends of the service I receive.
Used to love my insurance company. I really hate that they got rid of the offices anywher near me and make you do everything via phone or by app. They make us do all the work now, while raising our rates. I'm thinking of changing companies with a small local one where I can actually interact face to face with a human and not have to travel over an hour to an office that's closest to me.
