A red haired woman I assumed was in a verbally abusive incident flew out of the neighborhood and almost hit me. She also struck a vehicle while leaving. As usual, the cops nor management has put her out yet. I'm glad I don't have to live here.
Honest Review after 5 years. The Negatives: Over priced housing because of the zip code. Price example: $700+ for a 1 bedroom with cheap appliances. Small community pool. Small gym. The positives: Good location. When you do get in contact, they are very nice on the phone. They keep up with cutting the grass. Overall: Not a smart choice -money wise. Went in to view apartment with my senior dad. Tamika was infinitely patient with him - thank you!! She was also extremely knowledgeable about the complex & upcoming availability etc. Really a pleasure dealing with her because so many office people either know nothing or mislead you. Very likely after viewing several places he’ll go there - lovely grounds & easy to deal with friendly staff!
